How to Use the Progress Page
Step 1: Log in to your account and select the section you want to view.
If you’re assigned to only one section, the system will open it automatically when you log in.

Step 2: Select “Progress” from the main navigation bar at the top of the page. The list of students will appear on the left side of the screen, with names displayed as last name, first name.

Step 3: If the course includes multiple module, they will appear in the Classroom Progress drop-down menu. Select the chapter or module you want to view.

Step 4: Scroll to the right on the excel sheet to view all the lessons and activities.

Step 5: Each student will have green checks for completion, yellow dots for in progress and grey dot for not started.

To check out an activity from the list, just hover over it and click. You’ll be taken right to the course!

Step 6: You change the amount of student listed by selecting “Student Per-page” in the drop-down menu.

Step 7: To export classroom progress, just click the “Export Table” button. The file downloads automatically and shows up in your browser’s or computer’s downloads folder.

Just a heads-up: the classroom progress only exports for the module you’re currently viewing. To download them all, you’ll need to select each one and click the “Export Table” button.

Step 8: You can also download the student’s progress shown in the Chapter by clicking the “Download” icon.

Step 9: To see a student’s progress, just click their name—you’ll be taken straight to their progress page.

If you don’t see the student you’re looking for, just type their name into the search bar in the top left corner of the table under the “Student” header.
You can also increase how many students are shown on the page.

Step 10: On the student progress page, you can use the drop-down menus to filter by lesson or activity.

Just a heads-up: the module you’re viewing was selected from the classroom page. To switch to a different one, go back to the classroom page, choose it from the “Classroom” drop-down, then return to the student’s progress page.

Each activity shows a completion percentage, and completed work is marked with a green check at 100%. Each block represents a lesson, and you can click to see the activities inside.

If a student hasn’t finished their work, you’ll see an orange “!” icon with a drop-down arrow. Click the arrow to view their incomplete activities.

Step 11: To export a student’s progress, click the “Download Progress” button in the top right corner.

Keep in mind, the download only includes the module you’ve selected on the classroom page. To get all modules, you’ll need to select and download each one separately.
Step 12: To switch to another student, click the arrow next to the current student’s name. A drop-down will appear—just select the student you want to view.
You can also find a student by typing their name into the search field—their name will appear automatically.
